The Bill (Reg. No.1339) authorizes the body that instituted proceedings to hold preliminary investigation of criminal cases envisaged by Articles 201, 305, 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. This will bear positive influence on investigation of criminal cases and will enable to timely impose criminal liability upon the delinquents.
During the discussion the Committee members upheld the legislative initiative. Adoption of the Law will contribute to effective investigation of criminal cases and ensure inevitable criminal penalty.
